The Content Advisory descriptor (CAD) is useful to signal for a given event the ratings for any or all of
the rating dimensions (defined in the Rating Region Table (RRT)or previously loaded into the receiver). Up to 8 regions per event may be included, and
ratings can be given for any or all of the defined or preloaded regions.
