registration_descriptor (MPEG-2)

To uniquely and unambiguously identify formats of private data, use the MPEG-2 registration descriptor.

Note: ATSC A/53 restricts format_identifier to values registered and recognized by the SMPTE Registration Authority.

Zero or more MPEG-2 registration_descriptors may be present in a descriptor loop.
